There is no any place to sit in home office , really inconvenient for the people who comes with their relative or applicants, need more improvements as soon as possible, rubbish place and PEOPLE ESPECIALLY, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS, DEALING THEIR CLIENTS IN VERY STUPID WAYS PEOPLE WHO WANTS TO GET MARRIED WHEN THEY GO TO HOME OFFICE FOR AN INTERVIEW THEY ASKED WEIRED AND IRRELEVANT QUESTIONS WHICH IS UNETHICAL AND DIABOLICALLY STRESSING THEIR PEOPLE ARE NOT SERIOUS WITH THEIR JOBS OR WITH THEIR CLIENTS TREATING THEM LIKE ANIMALS WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE WANT TO GIVE 0 POINT REALLY WORSE AND RUBBISH EXPERIENCE

Their phone service is disgraceful, they can't answer our questions, they ask us to wait and are disrespectful. I have now been waiting over 2 months for my IHS refund (over £1100).
