Annette Gibson has made this experience very clear up to stage 1 and given details briefly for me this after more than more than half a century of trying to get help I would be very happy to end up with the only aids that truly have worked for me JS. Further to my first comments on Saturday 26/10/2019 I received another letter from BL telling me that BL due to high demand they cannot help me at this time well I have helped myself for over half a century unless there are any other avenues I shall have to carry on as I have all ways done JS

I met members of this organisation while at the Weston Super Mare Air Show. They told me about how they might be able to help me as an RAF veteran. I am going through the processes at the moment but I can say that they are efficient and if your were in the forces and may be your hearing problems are as a result of that then do get in touch with them. You can only gain from the experience. Thank you to all of the staff for being there to support the veterans.
