Very unprofessional to say the least. Do not trust fees they advertise online to lure patients —the fees on your invoice will be 3 times bigger!! The vascular surgeon they use to do corrective procedure doesn’t do diagnostic consultations (incl ultrasound scan) himself, instead it’s done by some amateur “doctors”. No other respectable surgeon would operate without examining patient first himself! It makes me smile they advertise posh entrance of 150 Harley St as their “clinic” facade while you’d be taken to some obscure basement where they dwell. Stay away from this “establishment”, save your money and your legs. I have now filed a complaint for excessive diagnostic charges and will follow it through with CQC and the UK Trading Standards if necessary.

This company, charges more for the scan and consultation then they call you and tell you that you need more done than the consultant specified the day before tries to pressure you to book an appointment with out a correct quote than calls back with a price that should be half as you only need half the work but instead call you with a 100 less price - feel like they are just abusing people and trying to trick them by never sharing costs and information in writing till you commit not very happy as expected better service

Wow, I am so pleased with the results of my vein ablation and scleropathy treatment! Dr Patel did my first treatment, I was then reviewed after 12 weeks and on that same day dr finnegan treated me with foam scleropathy for a couple of risidual small surface veins. I had read the reviews about the staff being lovely but I was more interested in the results. However,, the staff are first class, make you feel so at ease. The nurses and aftercare nurses are wonderful, the initial scan consultant was lovely, dr Patel amazing and kind and dr finnegan so kind. Shout out to the whole team and Christina the lady admin lady that books you in,,, she was so efficient and kind. More than anything I can’t stress how much I wish I had done it sooner! Straight after the ablation my veins more or less disappeared and then with the second treatment all gone.successful treatment. Can’t recommend them enough , there is still brushing on my after pic but that will go

Very disappointed with the commercial practices of this clinic which prevents me of recommending it to anyone. I went through a surgical procedure on April/2021 using my health insurance. I was requested to make a fully refundable deposit of £350 to save my spot. However, even after 7 months, I has not been refunded. Administrative staff claim they are retaining the amount as excess cover - which is a totally non sense claim as I have a written message reassuring me that this not the case prior to my payment.
