I just want to say a massive thank you to the UK Under Floor Heating Team , especially Charlie, who helped me troubleshoot a pump problem. We had a problem when we first tried to turn our underfloor heating on again for the winter. I was able to get quick assistance by phone and Charlie was able to talk me through some basic troubleshooting steps which resolved the issue. We didn't need to call out an expensive plumber nor have someone from the underfloor heating company make a visit. Top class support service. I really appreciate the assistance. Hard to imagine a company that could beat UK Underfloor Heating for Customer Service. They are easy to contact by telephone with the rare opportunity, these days, to talk to an actual human being. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They went over and above their remit and responsibilities to successfully resolve issues for a novice user and allay my concerns.
