Took them over a month to not repair my TV. Every time I phones I was fobbed off - each time told someone would get back to me shortly - no one ever did. It's took a month to get my still broken TV back..

Not happy with the service. Picked up my TV on 27th November and said it would be £80 to fix. I said to go ahead and never heard off them. I called after a week to see when it would be dropped off and they hadn't even looked at it! They then called and said the board needed replacing and it would be £120 but it would be worth replacing as it's an expensive TV to replace. I said ok go ahead. Never heard anything again for over a week so I rang. They said they had ordered 2 boards and both were faulty so couldn't be used and did they want me to let them order another or leave it. I said ok order it but I need back asap as it's now getting on for 3 weeks. No problem they said, you'll have it back by Wednesday (told me this on Sunday). Great I thought at least it will be back for Christmas...no chance. Called me on Tuesday and said cant get the board, do I want to pick it up or do I want them to dispose of it!! Considering they knew it was an expensive tv and only a few years old, they were quick to think I would just leave it with them and probably be used as spares etc. My husband had to do an hour and half journey to pick up and bring home. Anyway as I said not happy with the service or the communication and I feel like they have wasted my time.i now have to try and find a reputable company a week before Christmas to get it fixed

I give my 43” tv which was water damage. I ring them and they said yeah we can fix that. But they will charge £20 fee for check the tv and they can collect Tuesday only. I said ok I will ring you Monday to take my tv when I ring Monday they said we will charge £30 I told them that you told me £20 the guy said oh ok we normally charge £30 but i will take £20 from you . 😂 they took my tv after 2 days they ring and said they can’t fix the tv so if we want they can destroy the tv but I said no give it back bcz I had feeling that they just want to use screen and parts that’s why they saying . When the give my tv back and I check they even didn’t open my tv bcz I leave mark on the screws. They just took my £20 for nothing. I would recommend everyone don’t take your electronic things on this shop.

My screen tv is repaired by other repairer thank you for refusing to talk to me because of my broken English and because i am foreign. Thank you and hope you will treat other foreign clients (if any) better in the future. I hope you will concentrate more on repairing tv then moaning about your clients languages, their races and their nationalities as you did to me. I give you FIVE stars as that is all you concern about. Good luck and be nice to people mate. PS. I have deleted previous comment because that is so racist and I don’t want other clients see them.

Do not trust this company ! They picked up my TV on the 6th of December 2017, the fault was identified as a u/s internal power board, by the person who picked it up ( confirmed what I had found out by researching online ) I then heard nothing more from the company despite ringing them every day, I was always told that an engineer would ring me back - no one did. Two weeks later I was told that the engineer had not even looked at it ! It would be 5 days after that before the power board arrived, so well over 3 weeks before any hint of a repair. In the end I told them to keep it as it was more cost effective to buy a new one ( they originally quoted 80 to 100 pounds then upped it to 180 pounds) so a 3 year old Samsung 46 inch Smart TV is now somewhere in Birmingham unrepaired. Do not be taken in by the professional web site and too good to be true reviews, as I was !

This is not a review, I hate people who put false reviews, so my tv has broke I phoned uktvrepair the guy I spoke to 80-100 pounds for the repair after telling him the standby light flashes 4 times stops and repeats another 4 times , I was under the impression they were going to fix the tv at my home , but when the guy came he said he will have to take the tv , and this is my reason for writing this , I read a review saying theives they never returned my tv , along with all the other reviews which were all GOOD the guy took my tv and even reassured me with a hug and seamed a genuine top bloke , and that’s where the story ends , I used this place as the ones the Sony Center in wolverhampton recommended we’re way more expensive and wanted a call out charge uktvrepair came out for free , I’ll let you all know how I get on in a few days thanks for reading , ok today iv received a call from uktvrepair saying that they have replaced a ciruit board iv my Sony tv , which indicated a fault on the screen , I phoned the Sony centre ,they said highly unlikely, so the tv is coming back to me from uktvrepair this Monday it’s being sent off to another company which is Sony acreditted for a second opinion if they Agee with uktvrepair then I will take my hat 🎩 off to them and finish this review with flying colours, speak soon people alarm bells are ringing a little as they state there has been a board replaced, also when I told the guy on the phone I was quoted 80-100 pounds as it’s a cuiruit board his reply was initially we tell all our customers this , speak next week guys I’ll keep you all posted
