    Can not receive certain calls from certain providers on my business line despite 4 open reach engineer visits and hefty open reach charges. Uk talk refuse to admit there is a problem. They now will not phone me back when I complain. I had no problem when I was with XLN telecom although it was twice the monthly line rental. I’m losing business, frustrated customers who think we have gone out of business. The phone doesn’t ring on incoming calls from some 02/three numbers and other networks owned by 3. Uk talk say that it’s not a port problem and it’s the mobile users responsibility to phone their provider to allow them to call my shop. Well I never had any complaints before moving to Uk talk. My next step is to phone in the new year and argue with the rude owners and get a dead lock time for fixing it before I can complain to ombudsman. Do not use! Cheaper is not always better! Caused me alot of upset and frustration and money in lost business and open reach call outs! Ring me Uk Talk and sort it out! The Gorgeous gift & card company, Biggleswade!
