My first order arrived but they sent out chocolates that were out of date. Give them their due they responded quickly and refunded the item costs. I have placed an order for a second time and paid extra for express delivery on a certain day. No dispatch note, no item. Have emailed them but no response. I'll be choosing a different supplier from now on!

Would never have ordered from this company had I seen the negative feedback. Ordered 2 boxes of sweets, had a DPD notification but that was it....no delivery, no update, DPD saying that they never received the goods - only a booking for delivery, and no sign of the sweets!! Waiting for over 20 minutes on the phone to speak with someone before being told that they're still in the warehouse and I wouldn't have an update on when i could expect delivery for a few hours!!!!! Ridiculous business.
