After being let down by a local company 1 day before our fitting, UK stove installers were more than helpful to help me. I submitted an online enquiry and got a message via WhatsApp. Within a few messages the date was booked and everything selected that we wanted. The communication was clear and informative answering all my questions. Today 2 lads turned up bang on 8.30am to do the job. The full job took until 4.30pm to complete, the lads are a real asset to the business. I couldn't have asked for more polite, efficient, clean tidy work men. They moped, cleaned up and gave us good clear instructions on how to get the best out of it. It has all been a great professional experience. Then came a text with full aftercare instructions. We really are so so happy with the result. I will be recommending your business to everyone! Thank you very much!
