    Superb storage facility. Great location, access was easy and I felt safe on my own there which is important. Units were clean and easy to use. Do go for a ground floor option if you can, it made life much easier. Price definitely wasn't the cheapest but offered value for money for my needs. Finally closed my unit this month. The account closing process was seamless and my part-month refund happened on time. Happy to recommend here. Even better if you try to use the offer period rather than keep it for ages like I did as prices did creep up over time.

    I cannot rate UK Storage enough,'the staff are super friendly and make on-boarding simple... After making a web enquiry I was contracted the next day and guided thorough the process where nothing was to much trouble. I was extremely pleased with the 50% offer which lasted for the first 8 weeks. Entry to the site is simple (via a code) but if you have an issue you can call anytime. I never did see staff but the site has many cameras so I feltt safe and secure at all times. The site (Swindon) was always clean and tidy with no issues experienced. The notice period and leaving the unit was very simple, give 14 days notice, clear the unit (taking your lock), call them when you have vacated the unit and pay the admin fee for end of storage cleaning and sanitising. Thanks very much for a simple process with excellent customer service. I would definetly reccomend.

    Storage unit. Good location. Clean but extremely expensive. I was paying nearly £400 a month to store furniture from a 3 bed house. I explained I couldn't afford to pay this and asked them what they could do to reduce cost as I had received a lower cost quote somewhere else. They said they couldn't help at all.

    Easy 1st contact and set up. Decent sized unit rental to suit all needs. You can pretty much come and go as you please to access your unit from about 8am till 8pm I think it was. You get an access code and your in, use any of the 8 or so trollies available to you. We had the unit for about 10 months whilst moving, went in at least 3 times a week in that time and never waited for a trolley once. Highly recommended.
