Great secure facility and excellent customer service. When I started to move my goods into the unit and suddenly realised I needed more space. After 1 quick phone call to customer support they located me a larger unit with no problem at all. The large lifts and numerous flatbed trollies made it very easy to move my goods in and out of the facility. The 24hr access made things very easy to come and go at a time that suited me.

Any issues I had were resolved so quickly, they offered the best space for your money and the fact I could add on 24 hour access at any time was amazing. Thank you so much for allowing me to use the space until I managed to get a new house. My stuff was looked after and the amount of space in the lifts and on the trolleys is amazing. My family will be looking to use you again if needed

Be careful with payment dates. If you forget to cancel before your next payment you will get almost nothing back as they have a 14-day notice period and will keep the money for insurance and such, even though the unit is not in use.

Ist unit had Floor supports obstructing precious space & was rejected, the second unit was a little larger.. More expensive and spotless clean.. There is a compulsive additional insurance charge which bumps the cost up but at least there is a weekly rental discount over a period of weeks..

We used UK storage Leeds when we were moving house and this was the first time we'd ever used a storage facility. The whole process from booking a room through access and using the storage to closing our account at the end was really easy. The storage facility itself is really clean and well kept. You are able to park right by the door and there are trolleys available to use to move your stuff to your room. There is CCTV and door codes throughout together with your own lock on your room so we always felt our stuff was safe. On the occasions when I phoned the office the people that I spoke to were really helpful and friendly. We were actually quite sad to be leaving in the end! We would definitely recommend and would use this storage again; the quality of the storage, the ease of use and the service you get is excellent.
