    Absolutely incredible customer service. I've never known a company to have as good a customer service as UK storage. The phone is picked up almost instantly Every time, Every member of staff I've spoken to have been super friendly. I had to move from Weston unit to an avonmouth unit and the whole thing was switched over and ready to go whilst I was still on the phone, even the same personal keycode. The prices are the best I've found in my area, and the welcome discount is such good value. You get a personal code and it's easy to come and go as you please. Absolutely Wouldn't go anywhere else for storage.

    We used this storage for just under 6 months. In that time our unit was broken into and on leaving we'd noticed rats had got in to our unit. I wouldn't use it again, though the staff were responsive, and we did get some compensation after requesting it given the issues we had.
