I have been with UK special risks for over 15 years with no claims, When I made a claim recently I was shocked of their response as it was not clear and fare!! so I raised a complaint and again their response was very poor and not professional . I will not renew my BI policy with them because of their poor service and unreliable.

I have used UK special risks for over 10 years for all of our business insurance. the service has definitely deteriorated over time. you dont know how good your insurance is until you make a claim. 2 claims recently and I am shocked by the leave of cover and my experience has been very poor. I have questioned some details on a different policy, I have asked twice and had no response...I will be looking for a new broker
