After placing order for replacement gas fire coals set, I received email apologising that the item wasn't in stock and their supplier was out of stock also with expected delivery date in January. Was offered a choice of waiting further or receiving a refund. Chose the refund which was processed later that day. Excellent prompt and friendly service from Richard.

Asked UK Spares to supply couple of fastenings to secure the face plate of an in-line water heater. Pretty obscure part, for a make of heater they did not supply. They tracked down a corresponding part, which was out of stock at their supplier. They chased it up and I received the fastenings from them a few days later. Brilliant service from Richard Canning at their Sales Team. Really appreciate it.
