Before moving into the property they told us that everything would be fixed and they’d get a professional cleaner in and when we got there it was clear that hadn’t been done. There was still a leak in the kitchen, draws hanging off, no heating or hot water because boiler pressure was so low which we had to fix ourselves and the place was a mess. After only living here for 6 months the boiler has had a leak which they didn’t do much about and the washer machine has broke 3 days ago and they haven’t sent anyone. The only person to look at it was the guy who was supposed to be checking the fire safety of the place which he also said was shocking. There’s also mold in every room of the house, the bathroom window is smashed which loose pieces of glass still there and a plug socket that trips the whole house when on. These people clearly couldn’t care less and if you’re thinking of renting with these people, dont. You’d be better off homeless where’s there less mold

This is horrendous company for management. They did not comply with their own management contract. The main manager Mike is awful and has already lost multiple properties because he is so bad at his job. The entire company is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE

Rare and Respectful. I was in a though spot looking for student housing and uk rooms helped make the prosses easy and stress free. They were all super amazing at using my preferred name and pronouns and were super respectful of any issues I was facing with SFE. Horrendous agency to rent a room with. I rented a room in Salford and the house was a complete nightmare. They left us without hot water and heating for weeks. And even without gas for an entire day. They stopped taking our calls when we tried complaining several times. They're a big scam. And I'm stuck can't even leave the house because of how unlivable this place is. Because they're charging me 350 to break my tenancy early.
