From the showroom where my husband got detailed explanations on how the process worked, with them taking their time to explain clearly and professionally, to liaising with us on when they were able to do the job. I cant recommend them enough- the job was completed seamlessly, the communication was clear and timely- especially in terms of when they were arriving. They communicated with our builder to ensure that the underfloor heating in the bathrooms matched their specification. The end product looks amazing and the detail orientated nature displayed by Roman and team is exactly what you want when doing a domestic project.
