    Order page needs updating to add specific instructions as they do not accept responsibility when they mess up your order. They expect you to email ahead of orders which defeats the point of an online order page. The item itself however was of good quality and the printing done very well. Edit: in response to your reply. UK Printwear & Embroidery as stated, the item was well made but your website needs additional features to make sure what is wanted is conveyed correctly and efficiently. Thats the point of an online servive. Criiticism and feedback should be taken on board while Personal conversations AND Complaints are personal for a reason. Therefore, they do not need highlighting in public. Something you would do well to follow yourselves as the fact that you're trying to make me look bad shows how dedicated you are to your onlone image rather than improving your overall service.

    I was given a refund by Amazon because of the problems I had with this company and its products. I purchased a Red Arrows Polo Shirt for my sons birthday, after the first wash the stitching came adrift on the left arm. After sending an e mail to the company, they asked me to return it to them. Asked for a replacement due to faulty goods.Supplier then asked for proof of purchase, so I contacted Amazon astray would not answer my e mails.They did not respond to Amazon either, so they gave me a refund after 3 months. Best leave alone and go elsewhere as they might not be in business long dealing with customers this way. Now you respond after 3 months with excuses and a review on your website. You did not reply to Amazon either. I rest my case.
