I needed to remove 2 old megaflow tanks from airing cupboards and install 2 new unvented tanks in the loft. I obtained 3 quotes from local and national heating engineers. James, Rob, Liam and Sam came recommended and their quote was competitive. More importantly they were very pro-active and solution oriented when quoting and on the job. The job involved a lot of additional piping work on an old install that was complex (part of a multi-date extension - pipework was like spaghetti junction) and needed to be done in a tight time frame to fit in with bathroom works. Rob was focused on just getting the job done, no matter what cropped up along the way and was great at finding logical solutions to any problem. He and Sam were great to have in the house - friendly, polite, worked really hard. Their pipework is all immaculate and you can tell that the team take real pride in their work - how refreshing! End result is (i) heating / hot water system works better than it ever has - Its more efficient and the water pressure is now amazing! (ii) mess of the pipework has been fixed (iii) it was all delivered on time and the UK Plumbing team interacted brilliantly with the bathroom guys, so I have absolute comfort over the install (iv) decent price. (v) the noises that used to drive us nuts through the old pipework have all gone. Brilliant effort guys. Will be using UK Plumbing again (in fact we're already looking at installing UFH). PS - I don't ever do online reviews, but I'm happy to for the UK Plumbing team and that says it all...

Right from the beginning I had a good feeling about James and I wasn't disappointed. Throughout the whole 3 days they were at my house installing a new water cylinder, James, Rob and his team were extremely professional; arriving on time, always polite, explained things simply and cleaned up well after the work was complete. I would highly recommend UK Plumbing to anyone, I will certainly be using them again.

We contracted UK Plumbing to replace our old boiler/tank system for a new combi boiler system, in preparation for some loft work to come. This was completed on time as promised, and to a high standard. Rob and Callum were very good and tidied as they went so there was a minimum of disruption. Pricing is fair especially for a job well done, so I can definitely recommend.
