I just want to say a big thank you to Michael and the entire team of U.K. Performance Restoration Limited. You not only did they transform our house from the worse looking house on our street to the best but the efficiency, professionalism, conduct and care was exceptional! Sadly, skills like yours are a dying trade and often people may turn to a builder to carry out such work…but this is where people go wrong. The updates and sticking to the plan/timeframe, gave us real comfort and reassure throughout and that’s exactly what you want when doing a project such as this. These guys are the real deal, elite in their field and not only did they get 5 jobs of the back of ours from our neighbours for the couple of weeks they were there, we literally get stopped all the time when we are standing outside our house by people asking how we restored it to this level or paying us lovely comments. We could not be more house proud and that’s thanks to Mike and his team, highest calibre of tradesmen but absolute kind gentlemen, haven’t come across a team like it. I would highly recommend Michael and the team. Michael was responsive, knowledgable and friendly. They arrived promptly and worked hard to remove paint from an Edwardian porch. The quote was the best by far and despite the job being more complicated and taking much longer than expected, Michael honoured the original quote.

We had the front of our Victorian house restored by UK Performance Restoration and they did an excellent job. Quick, reliable, responsive and great craftsmen. Every step of the project was planned with care and we were kept informed on a daily basis on the progress. There were no surprises and everything went according to plans. We would highly recommend Michael and all is co-workers as they are all hard-working, well-mannered and professional. And our new façade looks gorgeous by the way!

Lee and Michael were incredibly professional throughout and did a great job repointing and cleaning our terraced house in croydon. It looks amazing, restored to its former glory and with no defunct gas pipes hanging out the wall anymore or damaged bricks as they replaced bricks as they went. So happy with the finished work. They kept us up to date with progress and had great attention to detail and were incredibly knowledgeable about what they do. Won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or use them again.

Edwardian Restoration, red brick paint removed, brick cleaned, and some repaired with full repointing. I was shown examples of pointing techniques and mortar mix of colours and together the best decision was made. Previous poor pointing in the past had led to uneven work which was corrected by a very skilled restoration repointing specialist. Great team all very professional good communication site was kept tidy and clean each day, they never forgot this was my home. Our next door neighbour had their bricks cleaned and their house looked so brand new, that ours looked really dirty in comparison sitting next to theirs. So we just had to "keep up with the Jones". We got in touch with Michael and we got a good quote and proceeded with it. The brick cleaning took about a day, and the repointing took a week or so. The work is clean and tidy, and workmen very professional. The house now looks brand new. Just got a further quote to paint the gables and facia to the bay roof. Very reasonable. Highly recommended.
