Wow - if only all car dealers worked this way. Bobs communication was very quick.. We arranged an appointment. On arriving to his showroom we actually forgot what we came to see. Sold us a lovely car. Very happy with our new car. Recommend this guy, Takes a lot interest in the car and the customer. Very happy with the purchase.

We bought a VW Tiguan from them and honestly our conversation with them from start to finish has been absolutely amazing. A professional and likeable service. The car was just a as described by them, no hidden issues. 2 weeks into the purchase, the infotainment screen started malfunctioning. We panicked and gave them a call and they covered it in the guarantee just as promised. No hidden cost to us. I don’t blame them for this issue, I mean it’s a 2008 car, these kind of issues are due to rise. Would definitely recommend. They are trustworthy people.

Worst service ever! Sold me faulty car i noticed the next day of driving, took it for repairs, now 2 moths how he's repairing my car, every week promising the car will be ready by the end of the week or i will get a courtesy car but at the end of the week i'm hearing that car needs to stay for one more week and when i'm asking when i'm going to get a courtesy car he's just ignoring emails! And this story repeats every week! Left me without a car for months, now i paid 7k for a car and have to rent another one so i can go to work!

Totally blown away by the service I have received by this company, I purchased a trade vehicle so expected to just have a quick conversation and thats it, however Bob has been totally professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed every step of the way and even organising the delivery. His explanation of the vehicle was spot on and his honesty was totally admirable throughout, I even had a follow up call after delivery and this is on a trade vehicle.. well done Bob and the staff here you deserve 5 stars
