Sadly, one of the worst companies I have come across. I have driven down a road, parked in a hotel car park for 90 minutes, paid for parking in the hotel car park and then left. They have issued me a penalty charge for parking in the middle of a road for 90 minutes. Absolute waste of everyone's time. No common sense at all.

Unable to make £8 charge for duration of stay but still charged £60. Only paid this to prevent further increases in amount as these types of company are renowned for increasing the amount where delays are made to payment or appeals prolong such payments. The company said I accepted liability because I paid £60 which is not true as I explained in correspondence to them which they ignored. Again, as others have said no stars is more appropriate. Be aware when parking at Duke Street, Manchester no facility to pay by cash or card

This is big scam and people can't even fight it as the rules are scary !! I recently got a parking notice from them with pics attached with date and time. The time was totally wrong but the fine if a huge £60 quid !! if you want to appeal, then it is £100 !! They have made the appeal process so tough and harsh that people just pay the fine and shrug it off. Govt needs to do something about them

Parked in a hotel car park with a valid permit for 10 weeks without issue, on our final day (our ticket was still valid) we received a ticket saying the ticket was unreadable, despite the fact the permit had been very readable for 10 weeks. When we rang this company the person at customer services told us discreetly to appeal the ticket which we did so. After they realised that the permit was readable, they then decided to reject the appeal on the grounds that we were not parked in the right bay- which we have proof that we had. This company is corrupt with no sense of common decency or honesty. Avoid their car parks.
