Paid deposit, given date. Rang to confirm, date cancelled unable to give alternative. Asked to cancel, became abusive, threatened to take me to court. No idea about the quality of the work but the sales staff are rude and unhelpful. Using the covid situation cuts no ice with two nurses who have worked through the pandemic.

The workmanship was good but the help and hospitality of the supervisor and workmen was not so good things didn't get really explained very well if I asked any thing and the real disappointment for me was that one of my kitchen chairs got broken,,, I did phone back same day to which I was told they would come back,,,, I was never acknowledged about it so I bought four new kitchen chairs which I didn't expect to do which just added to the cost for me,,,,,, all in all I give three stars for workmanship workmen were a bit more polite I would have given five stars so I didn't have a good experience with UK kitchens
