UK-Insoles is definitely a company that puts the customer first. I could have picked from a hand-full of companies to supply my orthotics, but I liked the option to have a web chat about an enquiry first. From that initial contact, and first order, I have been back in touch with UK-Insoles and ordered a further pair of the more expensive orthotics. Whilst speaking with their expert I also managed to source some cheaper orthotics that have the same configuration I need, which I can place in occasional use footwear. The expert I spoke to only cared about finding what was right for my feet, not the sale. He was patient and talked me through my options and carefully advised me away from buying several units until I was confident the orthotic would be a good fit for me. It is refreshing to deal with a professional company that are passionate about the products they sell and the customer care.
