Punctual and so helpful in getting a very old hot tub back up and running in seriously torrential conditions to put it mildly... and great advice for the future. Simon came and fitted a heat source pump to my hot tub. Friendly service and great advice about water care etc. Although I have had my hot tub since 2019 I am a slow learner. Simon’s patience and indeed that of his staff are what makes this company so special and makes it stand apart from others. Delighted with heat source pump. Water heated up sooooooo quickly.
