Avoid would be my recommendation. Taken three months and around £300 in costs form them to tel me that now can’t fix my cross trainer. Constant ignoring calls and messages for a period of time. Awful service and company.

We required our home treadmill to be repaired. Initial response from Matt was friendly and quick. Appointment was made with no problems and technician diagnosed problem quickly, however did not have correct parts in van to make repair. Was advised parts would be ordered and we would get a call to organise repair. Over 4 weeks later and after constant chasing and excuses we are still waiting. 2 appointments have been made for the repair to take place, again more excuses given after constant chasing. Matt even goes as far as telling us that the technician did have the parts and could have done the repair on the initial visit. The technician has also taken parts of our treadmill with him meaning we can’t get it repaired with someone else. Overall very poor after a very positive start.
