    If I could rate a star that is Zero I would. I logged a claim a few weeks ago, the company handling my claim is Davies group. Least to say I'm not sure why your rating is so low but judging from the rating on your page, I can only guess as to why. The handling of my claim has been over several weeks, no feedback, no follow up calls. I tried calling on several occasions where the call handlers answers the call, starts talking then drop the call. No call back, no reaching out what so ever. The moral of the story is, that when your customers pay you for a service, then honor that commitment to giving your customers the service they require. I will be lodging a complaint with the ombudsmen, as companies like yours should not be allowed to give service to customers. There's a reason I pay you 600 pounds a year, but like I say if you want to steal my money and not provide me with a service I indeed deserver I would rather much go somewhere, where my service would be valued and looked after like a proper customer. I find your service and your process appalling. I would advise you to give your agents proper training as they lack key skills in capturing data and processing it.
