Honest feedback from real customer, the engineer arrived on time, no idea about the issue. Explained in details, no tools to fix anything except screwdriver. Only answer, this need to be changed. Spent maximum 20 minutes, no change whatsoever except, I will inform the company about the issue. Need new boiler and heating system ( nothing wrong the Boiler and the heating except sensors). I am surprised for previous reviews as does not reflect the service or the quality. The engineer sounded in rush, within first two minutes, calls to another area, his message to customer will be with you in 20 minutes! Really disappoitment. Contacted UK Gas about a faulty boiler and they attended the same day. Gave a price to repair but as the boiler was old not economical to do so. Gave a good price to fit a new boiler which we chose and they came back 2 days later to fit. Leighton and his team were always on time and kept us up to date with everything throughout. 10 out of 10! I had work booked in which couldn't start until I had my old fire removed. My friend told me about UK Gas Group so I gave them a call. I explained how urgent the job was and Matt was there within 30mins to help me out of a hole. Matt was presentable, professional and was full of really handy advice for other work I had going on around my property. No mess was left unlike others I have used in the past. It is hard to find a reliable tradesman these days, but I couldn't recommend UK Gas Limited enough! 100% be using again and recommending to all family & friends. Service: Heating system maintenance
