Applied for a card, was guaranteed there'd be no hidden charges, no charge for having the card, only charge being the fuel I use. My fuel card never arrived, didn't chase it up as I was off the road for 6 weeks. As my card never arrived, obviously the account was never activated yet 4 weeks down the line a charge was taken from my account! Surely that's illegal? Spoke to UK Fuels, said they'd refund me... Still waiting. Cue the standard response from UK fuels ..

Spoke with Tanya, very rude with an attitude problem. As soon as she asked for my account number and I did not have it to hand, it was like talking to Kevin and Perry! Stroppy little teenager with zero etiquette. Have been waiting a long time to successfully have trackers installed, organisation is flawed unless you miss a payment boy they contact you immediately. Charge for trackers that aren’t fitted yet, £7pm per tracker and all of them are sat in a box waiting for an installer that they send from London to cornwall to fit. Quick enough to sell a product, very bad at after sales.

Jav Ahmed helped us set up the account within days of setting up we had our full card and when we've asked him a question he replies almost immediately we've had 5 star customer service so far and would definitely recommend Jav and this company.
