  A great experience with UK Fingerprint. They were helpful in booking an appointment with relatively short notice, had all of the forms I needed ready to go (including the ones I needed for their partner organization in Canada to get my prints submitted to the Canadian authorities) and took the time to make sure the prints were done right. This meant doing a second set of prints but it was done expediently and professionally. They also had high praise from the company in Canada I then sent my fingerprints onward to, and I can see why. No issues and at a great price. Thanks for the help!

  My son desperately needed a PCC certificate from South Africa which proved to be very difficult due to changes in procedures on the South African side, not to mention the lack of communication from South Africa. The team was persistent and came through with the promise of obtaining my sons PCC certificate. A special thank you to Harry Watts who made the process less stressful and went above and beyond.

  This is a very professional company. I experienced a truly excellent customer service. I would always recommend this company to anyone. Though it was not a service as those they usually offer - just thumb prints - they were thorough. The technician meticulously checked my documents to see if there was more to be done. And all this was for free!!! I am truly grateful. Thank you guys for the amazing customer care. Would use again.

  Very professional service, reliable and they were knowledgable about everything you would need. Very friendly fingerprint technicians as well. The prints I did were accepted without any issues. I would recommend them if looking for somewhere reliable to get your prints taken.

  A certain employee within the company is unprofessional, threatening and knows how to harass a customer. I am being pursued for an alleged unpaid bill for services rendered. Guess what, in order for the service to be carried out payment had to have been paid upfront, and payment was made by phone and was accepted. Another anomaly is the fact that the amount paid and the amount being sought are different amounts. I paid a much higher amount than what is being sought but no details have been forthcoming from the company for nearly 2 years later. The reference number quoted is different to the one originally quoted. I am being threatened about this non-payment because the person I spoke with initially sounded drunk and extremely creepy today. He told me that I sounded like someone who is indebted to their company because I enquired about the debt. I did not give him my personal details but he saved my number, looked up my details and proceeded to call, threaten and harass me. I have written a email asking to speak to someone in authority. The only trouble is that whichever number I call the same creepy person answers the phone. Does anyone know which financial authority/ombudsman I need to contact to complain about this company about their threatening and unprofessional attitude?

  Everyone was incredibly polite and professional, and friendly on top of it all! I arrived really early but they said they could fit me in earlier than my arranged time, but the thing that really sets them up above any other fingerprinting services is that they offered to have my prints done twice as I had two copies of the fingerprint forms from the embassy! They said they wouldn’t charge me for it as it was so important to get them 100% accurate (so the second extra copy done was like a ‘just in case’), and I am SO GLAD they offered to do this, as the embassy only accepted the second copy in the end!! You guys have saved my job and I will definitely use you guys again in the future

  I called UK Fingerprint in a bit of a panic. I had gone to another company who quoted me an extortionate amount of money for fingerprints for replacement identity documents and needed the fingerprints taken the same day. Not only did they book me in for an appointment 3 hours later, but charged me HALF what the other company wanted to charge, saw me earlier than planned, reviewed my documents and found a couple of missed signatures, let me use their breakout area for a work call and AND Harry and Becca were so friendly. If you are looking elsewhere, I wouldn't bother, UK Fingerprints are excellent and the cheapest I could find. Thanks Nigel and the team for the great service!

  I contacted UK Fingerprint for assistance applying for an overseas Police Clearance Certificate. The staff member was helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and the price quoted was reasonable so I booked an appointment. The office was easy to find in Central London and the staff were very courteous upon arrival. I had all my fingerprints taken and the necessary form completed within about 15 minutes and Lily was extremely friendly and professional. Overall I was very satisfied with the service provided and I would certainly recommend using UK Fingerprint.

  Amazing, great value service. Needed a set of fingerprints for a last minute visa application. After calling several companies with no luck due to the pandemic, we were so happy to find UK Fingerprint. Nigel was extremely helpful from start to finish, booking us in and talking us through the process. Harry and Adina carefully took our fingerprints and provided us with perfect stamped copies. The office is clean, tidy and in a beautiful location, just a few minutes from Charing Cross station. The team at UK Fingerprint are efficient and fun, making the whole process easy. Thank you!
