Gentlemen today I have received one of the best and most efficient pieces of customer service I could have ever asked for by UK Electrical & Lighting in Braintree I called to see if as I could not get to the store as I was Isolating since (can you believe it March) I asked if they cud mail me an oven bulb as it been out for some time making things quite difficult as you get older but unfortunately they did not offer that service but being asked where I lived and giving my card details within and around an Hour there was a knock on the door and two were delivered by hand by a gentlemen from the shop DHL/UPS/DPD eat your hearts out service like this is like beyond the call of duty well done guys you will always get my Business keep safe all of you and thank you most kindly.

Unethical Company – Poor Customer Care. Very bad experience with this company! I paid over £5000 for lights, one of them was the wrong size, they agreed an exchange providing I paid 25% of the original light cost. On this basis I purchased the replacement light. Then they reneged on the exchange and still charged me for the original light. They stated that they wouldn’t exchange as the light had been fitted! The light had literally been put up and taken down and was returned in pristine condition in its original box and packaging!
