I have been completely satisfied with the sales and installation process by Eco Energy. At the moment I am having a few ‘Teething’ problems which I have been assured will be resolved as soon as possible, unluckily these occurred during a long Bank holiday weekend. I was impressed by the personnel service from David, the Managing Director. Update: The teething problem has been sorted, as always a minor component that was difficult to analyse. Chris from Eco Energy checked each item individually to identify the fault, we now have an excellent system running at 100%.👍

We Decide to have solar panels fitted last year & contacted Uk Eco Energy Solutions for information & a quote. Liked the fact that no prices were discussed on Marc's visit, he explained how everything worked & what return we should expect & when we did get the price we were happy to proceed. The panels & battery have just been fitted & everthing was very efficiently dealt with,the team that came out were pleasant & left things tidy. Would certainly recommend this company, all I need now is some sunshine 🌞

We bought a bungalow in August 2021 that needed updating mainly because I wanted to go a bit more eco friendly and also to save on energy costs as it was all electric, which in hindsight was perfect timing because the of the massive fuel increases that have now followed. I initially spoke to the boss David who gave me a quick over view of how it all worked and when we had bought a property suggested we contact UK Eco Energy when we were ready for a quote, this I did and Kurt arranged a visit to estimate the cost of the work along with Ash and Brendon as I was looking to have quite a large project done, this involved solar panels, air source heat pump, underfloor heating and a complete rewire, I must admit it was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated but was still inside our budget, but once Kurt had gone through the details and explained about the RHI and the return we could get from exporting our excess to the grid it started to make sense as it would reduce the cost quite a bit over 7 years with the RHI rebate. We arranged a start date and the team arrived right on time, from then on for about 2 weeks it seemed like total chaos but in the end it was all in place and has worked really well since, especially over the winter where the whole bungalow was very comfortable even on the coldest days, can not comment on electric savings as during the works we changed energy suppliers and there is an ongoing dispute between the 2 companies but checking our Smart meter we seem to be keeping within our budget even with the increase in electricity prices. Hopefully I shall be looking at adding batteries to the system to use even more of the energy we produce over the winter months. Over all we are over the moon with the system and all the hard working staff of UK Eco Energy Solutions and would definitely recommend them.

Well done to UK Eco. Prompt response to request for a quotation together with support discussions on how the istallation of Heat Pump and Solar Panels will take place. Engineer surveyed property and came up with a practical design. Installation done by competent installers who kept disruption to a minimum, turned up on time and got the system working. Had a hiccup with the Heat Pump after installation and engineer was on site within a couple of hours.

Highly recommended. They advised me of the installation timetable well in advance and were 100% reliable. The install was complicated by a fuse issue not of their making, but they rectified it for me anyway. Always very helpful and polite, they were able to work effectively and independently despite my limitations, being disabled. Can't praise them highly enough. -
