I contacted them regarding an unusual blockage of two waste pipes on adjacent floors of the same vertical stack where toilets above and below remained working in a five storey building that had already defeated one set of plumbers. The operative arrived on time, protected the cream carpets and carefully ran a camera from above and below, located the problem, got the necessary equipment and cleared and cleaned the stack and the affected waste connections. He then checked the adjacent manhole and flushed everything through. He was polite, helpful and clean, I will be using them again and would recommend them.

They just seem disorganised! Struggled to get any sort of confirmation of appointment in the first place (that should have been my warning!) and ended up contacting the director. The team that turned up were friendly, only a little bit late, and did the CCTV survey. But then we didn't get the results, was promised the results, still didn't get the results, and 3 months on they're not answering phones, emails or a fb message. Such a shame as the team were lovely when they turned up!
