Really struggled to get anyone to repair my bifolds (dropped, catching one door stuck and seals damaged). This company were responsive, professional, friendly and doors are operating like new! Yes, cost a bit, but so obvious the guys knew what they were doing, and a 3 year warranty. Would highly recommend.

Came to fix our window after it was broken, fixed the glass which was great! However, our window won’t open as the winder has broken, was told they would contact me with a lead time and cost, and still not heard anything despite chasing them a few times. Will go elsewhere to get it repaired, but would have preferred to get it done altogether if I had known they wouldn’t fix it I would have got the whole window done elsewhere

After being let down by so many other companies who either didn’t show up or couldn’t fix my bifold door, Eric, the magician, came round and fixed it in a jiffy, like magic! I was worried that my back door would be unsecured during the Christmas/New Year period but it’s all sorted now. Highly recommended company and I would not hesitate to use them again. I had a shattered pane on my bifold doors. They were here within 30 minutes of my call to measure up and order the new pane. They were back within a few days to fit. Slight issue discovered the next day but they were back round straight away to remedy it without hesitation. Price was fantastic compared to what the original manufacturer wanted. Everyone I dealt with at the company was great. Hope I don't smash another pane while mowing the lawn but if I do then I know who to call

I rang this company for some advice late on a Saturday afternoon as my bi-fold doors had come loose from one of the roller hinges. Although they offered to come out, it was too late in the day as I was due people over for the evening. So amazingly they asked me for some pictures and talked me through exactly what I needed to do. Really helpful, nice fella on the phone who genuinely wanted to help in any way he could. Followed his advice and managed to sort the door out. Thanks so much! Honestly, very much appreciated and nice to see that there are still people about who are willing to help, even if it doesn’t benefit them to do so!
