ordered two sofa stands from these people, the welding is terriable, small tack welds only, put first sofa on and just bent and bracket broke off as not welded properly. shoddy workmanship, we have had to weld them properley . well below standard of fit for purpose

Failed to send my items after payment was made, I've emailed the company 7 times for a yanking update or some information but had no reply what so ever.very unprofessional company and I'm requesting a full refund. Shocking service.....well no service at all to be honest. Very disappointed by this shody company. Do not order from these. Upon looking at other reviews your clearly a drummer and this will be taken further. You will not rip me off

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a Flower display stand in which we collected. Unwrapped the product and inspected the goods. Sadly there were some issues as per our photos. Short and narrow was told that, (I was informed via email afterwards) that if I ordered it in another colour other than black they would not do as good a job and it would be my issue if it wasn't to standard. At no point did we have this conversation. (We did originally ask them for it in Grey but they didn't offer this colour) I sent the images to them to advise and was given the option of a can of White spray paint and they claimed it was damaged on transit. As you can see from the pictures the quality of this companies work is terrible and there customer service that follows is just as bad. Sadly there emails were abrupt and i was made out as if it was my issue to resolve not theirs and they couldn't care less. Avoid at all costs

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Rude and Unprofessional people!!! Bought two 9 Teir LVT stands with headers. Firstly stands did not turn up on time and only 1 stand arrived (Very damaged Bent trays, chipped paint and no header board) looked like they hit it with a hammer a few times before they sent it! (i feel they sent it this way as i phoned twice before asking where my deliver was.) When I phoned up to asked where the second stand was the Owner was very rude and unprofessional. Since they where rude i asked for a refund for the second one, they refused and said my stand would arrive the following week. Second stand never arrived took me several times and threatening legal action to finally get my money back. (They even try to keep some of my money for the refund, had to phoned them again to receive the full amount). THEY DO NOT deserve anyone's money on a single Penny!!
