I find UK Xmas World arguably the best online site for Xmas lights and decorations. If not the best, certainly one of the best. I keep coming back to them due to their prices, stock and above all customer service. Even if I do have a problem, UK Xmas World have always sorted it our quickly for me. Tree product appears faulty I recently bought: - Brown Natural Willow Christmas Tree Skirt - 7ft Everlands Green Allison Pine Artificial Christmas Order was delivered fairly quickly and I had no issues with the first item. The Christmas tree however, although well packaged and all parts appear present is not a good product and does not look like the pictures online or on the box it was delivered in. In my view the tree appears like it may be faulty. Despite my best to make it appear fuller (you can move/twist the branches), it looks a lot more sparse than the pictures online/on box and you can see a lot of the "tree trunk". I have emailed UK christmas world customer service and did send pictures to demonstrate this. I also spoke to Becky over the phone. She replied by email to say the tree looks as it should and would look better once dressed. But my point is, it should look like the pictures otherwise it is false advertising! In hindsight I should of ordered a tree from a website that allowed for product reviews. I wouldn't buy from this company again.
