Visited Bray Lake this morning for a 300ft bungee jump with UK Bungee Club. All the staff were very friendly and calmed my nerves. Lots of safety checks conducted and staff all seemed very experienced. Really enjoyable.

Did this a few years back as a present for my brother. Main thing I remember is the customer service number to book is a premium number and got a £14 phone bill for a 10 min call. Jump was ok according to my brother but nothing special. Good safety so it gets a 2 star. Like all business now days its all about how much money they can make for minimal effort.

I am so angry. I booked 1st July. I was told literally today my booked jump (birthday present for my partner) for the 29th has been cancelled due to COVID. So these guys are accepting bookings and cheerfully telling you that no refunds are available after 7 days of booking but they will rebook your jump for MAY 2021. We have no choice but to allow the jump to happen in 2021 as we are not allowed a refund. Never using again. I am totally appalled at the attitude of these guys towards customers.
