BUYER BEWARE!!! Brought a bait boat from this company as was told the customer service was great. Absolutely not great at all, in fact is appalling. Had a top of the range boat from them and the two spare batteries that have never been on the boat turned out to be faulty. Their idea of customer service was to bring the boat back to see if there are any faults when the pair of batteries had not even been on the boat. Basically washed their hands and dispute a problem saying "Well they are checked before we send them out so can't possibly be faulty" third battery that had been on the boat was showing a different fault won't change this either. no dispute resolution from them at all. Can only buy the battery from them as well so they have you over a barrel. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL. HAVE A LOOK AT CARPLOUNGE BOATS.
