Turned up when it was supposed to and exactly like the pic and description on the site.     TRUST THE REVIEWS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. returned an item using courier company THEY PROVIDED only to be told it was supposedly damaged and they wont refund anything?? Courier company say it wasn’t damaged!! £350 out of pocket!! DO NOT USE!!

    Absolutely time wasters ! DON'T USE THIS SUPPLIER !! Look ALL the reviews below. I Placed order on 14th May- order number 5003176.It's keep changing dates. They are blaming the manufactures / suppliers. I contacted the above manufacture directly and they confirmed they have item in stock? Then where's the problem?. However I had to cancel the order and refunded. Very disappointed.

    Spoke to Marc in the sales team in order to price match and check delivery timescales on a relatively large order of £2k approx. Was told they can price match and get the items to us as requested withstanding any courier issues once the items had been dispatched by them. Checking on the order, was then told the items wouldn’t be with us for another week and one item would be three weeks away. So blatantly lied to to secure an order and the fact we had to chase for an update without being proactively told is such a poor experience. It’s just not good enough.

    Poor experience with UK Bathroom Store. Ordered an in stock item for an urgent delivery. I was delivered half of the item and told the other half isn't available until mid Jan. Took nearly 4 weeks and numerous chasing to get collection and refund issued. I wont be using UK Bathroom Store again.

    Give you incorrect information just to make a sale and then are not interested in sorting out the problem. Advised us we could retro fit some items because they were delayed until late may. Turned up in july and didn't fit without additional work by the fitter as were substantially bigger so we incurred additional cost. UKBATHROOMSTORE couldn't have cared less about this at all.
