Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered 3 sheets of bamboo ply which arrived broken. When I asked them to replace it, they said that I could fix it myself!!! I then asked for a refund and they have charged me for the collection of their damaged goods.

Ordered some Java black bamboo whole pole fence panels arrived after two days, unfortunately some panels were damaged. Emailed Ken at UK bamboo after a couple of hours he replied apologising for the inconvenience but within this time he had arranged for delivery of replacement panels. Thanks again all at UK Bamboo.
