I installed the intelligent vehicle interaction system . I am thoroughly delighted and it is so easy to install. It's a painless process and convenient and relatively priced , considering if you to buy a replacement radio and having an car electrician and leave it with them for a whole day and probably not getting an appointment for about a week or more and would easily cost you three times as much and with out your car for the day to boot Thank you for supplying this little miracle And working on my wifes and my phone in less than 10 minutes. I can't say enough good things about James and his technical expertise! My 2014 BMW 1 series needed the iDrive head unit replacing - a previous owner had clearly made a complete hash of it - so many problems (no bluetooth, bad coding and missing cables!) but James worked hard to sort them all out, and now everything is working perfectly. His attitude is "nothing is not fixable" and he doesn't stop until he has everything working as it should do - he even sourced a Professional Navigation unit for me with wide screen and replacement controller for a great price - so much better! At every stage James explained everything he was doing which I really appreciated. I can't recommend James and UK Auto Retrofits enough - Their service is brilliant. If you have a problem, big or small, contact them - you certainly won't be disappointed!

Installed a new upgraded Android screen with Android Auto/Car Play in my Mercedes A Class W176. Had a few issues with my car rejecting the device but was easily fixed with the knowledge and expertise from AutoRetrofits! Really friendly excellent customer service and also answered any questions I had about the device following the installation quickly and promptly, I can't recommend enough!
