The only time I’ve ever needed to contact them was to opt out of auto renewal. Email was essential as their phone lines are only M-F 9-5, and I’m a busy office worker. Unfortunately they ignored my opt out emails 2 weeks, 1.5 weeks, and 1 week before renewal, even when marked as an urgent reminder. I even tried an alternate contract portal to no avail. I noticed in my banking app that they had scheduled a renewal direct debit payment, so I had to block it manually. Certainly an experience worth sharing.

Very poor company,had a bad leak in my bathroom causing a lot of damage,3 days of trying to contact uinsure with no luck my last call on the phone for over an hour still no luck kept on hold or cut off VERY POOR customer service.Very quick in setting up and taking your money but then your on your own with no help when you have an emergency not impressed.

Awful firm had the roof blown up by the wind on my conservatory put my claim in the agreed in writing and I paid the excess to the repair firm then they had another meeting and decided it was bad maintenance we had a yellow warning cheating living thief's been with them 15yrs never claimed we are still going since the 1st date they are still moaning over a few hundred pounds
