What a disappointment! My wife (who is gluten free) and I had been looking forward to visiting for ages and we finally managed to go. From our arrival the service was shockingly bad - the two waiting staff could not have treated us more disdainfully: we were left waiting outside, unacknowledged while they came to and fro until we were directed to a seat outside, and there was no sense that they valued us as customers. We ordered the platter of 8 dumplings (varied from meh (green curry) through OK (duck) to pretty good (chicken satay and cheeseburger)) and a side of noodles (these didn't ever arrive, so can't comment on their quality). No smiles, no engagement from either of the waiters. After we'd finished the dumplings we were asked if we'd like anything else and mentioned the non-appearing noodles, but they hadn't been taken on the order, so we decided to request the bill. Amazingly, this came with a 12.5% service charge. I asked the waiter to remove it, because the service had been so poor. She did so, but didn't offer any apology or ask about what they might have done better, or seem in the least concerned that some customers had had a poor experience. Maybe it was an off night, but we left extremely disappointed and went home for some cheese on toast. We won't be back. The food is pretty average, but it's a place that is clearly resting on its laurels when it comes to customer experience.

It took a while for my food to arrive (and it's always annoying seeing people who arrive after you get their food first), but they were thoughtful of my allergies - the dumplings themselves were incredible. So so good. Dietary restrictions: Really thoughtful about nut allergies as you were easily able to swap the satay dumplings for something else.

There was no one upstairs but because there was 5 of us, they wouldn't move the tables so we had to go downstairs. For 20 minutes we were the only ones there and the waiters were no where to be found. The waiter took the order wrong and missed items even though we were clear we were ordering 5 platters. The atmosphere is not great and you. An smell the kitchen grease when the door keeps opening. The toilet seat is broken. The fire exit is blocked. The dumplings were nice
