Our stay at the Ufford Park Hotel was…ok. It has the feel of somewhere that hasn’t been looked after as well as it should have been. We had stained towels in the bathroom; the double-glazed door to the balcony had ‘blown’ so there was condensation in the central panel; items ran out and weren’t replaced quickly enough at breakfast. They felt a bit short-staffed, and we felt processed rather than welcomed. We didn’t use the spa or the golfing facilities, so we can’t comment on those. I think I’ve heard that the hotel is under new ownership so I hope it will improve, as the location is great and the golf course looks very popular.

Had a super fun day! The golf course is absolutely beautiful. Just wish there would be a possibility to get something to drink or a snack while playing. Maybe a cart girl driving around etc.

Long standing member and visitor to UP. Excellent social venue however since new ownership standards have slipped and there have been several complaints in respect of service and hospitality. Small things become large and I am aware regulars who no longer attend. The loyalty card has been removed and newspapers also. Maybe the owners haven't worked it out but they are losing business as people enjoyed these small extras and would spend more time there and even buy lunch.lost revenue over a overlooked minor matter.

Phone goes unanswered regardless of which extension you choose. Food mediocre, long wait for orders to be fulfilled at bar Joined to use spa facilities post retirement and meet up with friends for lunch etc. However due to refurb pool has been out of action for several weeks or too cold to swim in. Lack of communication from management, staff are helpful and tried to reach resolution but hotel management show lack of interest. Local council owned gyms are cheaper, offer more facilities and less restrictive. Ufford park needs to take into account that many ladies join gym and meet friends for lunch Food & drinks: Mediocre, prices have risen considerably over last year.
