Receptionists are quite rude but doctors and nurse staff are otherwise kind and good-hearted.

Absolutely fantastic, the nurses and doctors are great, first time I felt my issues have been fully listened to. Not afraid to run tests and refer you if something’s not right

What’s the point in having a GP if there’s no parking?? Receptionists and doctors alike there are incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Overall my experiences here have been good and never had any issues with the medical care, but have encountered quite a rude receptionist over the phone. She seemed incredulous about me being unwell over the weekend and questioned me not going to the walk-in clinic then as they were very busy now. I had stated I had fainted, surely it wasn't so unbelievable that I wouldn't want to risk fainting on the bus ride into town or during the 2 hour waiting time at the clinic (which I had, in fact, checked online), when I knew the issue could be resolved from home over the phone the next day.

Called up about midday today, they offered a telephone appointment and it's now 19 mins past and everything sorted. Really efficient absolutely brilliant, lady on the phone was great along with the Dr who gave me all the options. Couldn't have been better

All doctors and nurses have been very good. My problem is with one particular receptionist who bullies visitors into wearing a mask, even shouting to people already sitting in waiting room and waving mask box around in the air. I cannot and will not wear a mask but I am almost a lone voice. Although today there was a young man who was brave enough to refuse. Does she know the pandemic is over.

Would give zero stars if I could. What on earth is the point if students in desperate need of help cannot get any. You NEED to have visitor registration ASAP or just close this practice down. Was dying of pain from a cyst that needed to be seen by a GP and no help whatsoever. Utterly useless. This is a massive failure by the university having this sort of GP on campus
