Unfortunately, reception staff and management are so rude and arrogant, waiting with 20 months old baby for 3 hours just to be seen by doctors is unacceptable. The receptionist and these ladies who suppose to entertain kids were shouting on us to make the baby sit down. After all that bad experience will make an official complaint as these people should not work in children hospital at all!
