I am attending a class in the room G03 the 22nd of feb 2018. The room is almost frozen, the temperature is around 8' C and is literally unacceptable to pay £9.000 a year for this. The staff working here seems not to care nad find any solutions. Really disappointed with my university (BBK) and with UCL for this treatment.
