I worked for this company as an engineer for 7 months in 2021. Based on my personal experience, I can say that the managers are very respectful. This was the company in the UK where I felt most respected and the staff there are also friendly. The only downside I found with this company is that they should choose their employees better and ensure that the good ones do not leave the company. I left because I received a better salary offer.

What a terrible company to deal with UCC took my coffee machine away on the 10th of October 2022 £606, to which we agreed for collection & inspection . We have contacted the company numerous times by email & telephone talking to different departments trying to first find the coffee machine & our condition report which they couldn’t find either on their computer system. The customer services had promised to Contact us within hours and not Bothering at all having to call back three days later. How can you run a company like this firstly losing our machine, how can I trust you with a service contract. I have explained our business is meant to be opening we are desperately relying on this machine. We’ve already put opening day back one week.No one it seems to care. We are now we are taking legal advice. This company was highly recommended to us.shame
