I put a lot of effort into the society I ran. There was clear lack of support and communication and that really made me struggle through trying to run the society. What really rubbed salt in the wound was that there was no apology. I generally felt that they just never took the responsibility or blame for the problems that I was facing. If it was the wrong way, then make sure that I have the support to make sure that business is taken in the correct way to make sure we can progress as a group. Just a general support as well in fighting our corner for events and things that we needed to look into really was difficult because a lot of the staff champions helped us more while we email Guild and we don’t hear anything back. After three years of doing societies I’m really glad that the chapter is closed.

Lack of societies and events a lot missed representation from a union who meant to be here for students.

There's generally like issues in our course school and to be fair it's really frustrating because the student rep that was elected in the end didn't do a lot. Feels kind left uni get away with it. Never anyone at guild office. Seems complete waste time..

My son really summed it up really he didn’t even know they were there and he’s been there for now a year. There’s some real support issues for students at the moment, but the girls are absolutely nowhere to be seen in the whole university just seems to be completely useless.
