The general customer service is terrible and they were not understanding the service I needed. They don't know the difference between account number and reference number which made the whole process confusing for the people on the line. I still have to wait a few days before they process my request.

I opened a five year bond five years ago and it matured yesterday. Sadly I could get a better rate of interest elsewhere so I opted to have my £25K returned to me, which it was...... bang on time. I have to say every monthly interest payment was always paid on time and I never had to contact them. Thank you to a really decent Bank.

I invested in a 5 year fixed rate bond in July 2017 , getting the money paid into my designated bank account was a nightmare. Very hard to understand the staff’s English on the phone and did not transfer the money on the due date. When I have had FRBonds with other banks they contact you 14 days before maturity, but nothing from this bank . I would not recommend this bank .

This is a scam net remitence.i tried to transfer money to Pakistan and UBL declined my transaction but my UK bank approved the transaction and money gone out from my bank account.there is no customer service at all in UBL UK.now I am going to forward my case to FCA.never recomend

Please do not use this bank, Total fraudulent, do not deserve any star. Payment always late, some transections declined but money gone from my account and send back to me after some time. They block my App, asking my personnel bank statements ,which contain many information. Many Pakistani like me think this is Pakistani bank and we should use it. But at the end total waste of time. Please be careful and try not to use it.
