    Arrived at Westminster pier, poor signage about where to go. Staff not very helpful, seem disinterested. No idea how long the wait time is for the next boat and seems poorly managed. Unclear why some purchased a ticket and had a travel card. Just overall confusing.

    2 stars is only for the comfort and the fact there are toilets on the boat. The staff for this are very unhelpful and are in no way polite. Signage is useless and hard to understand. One group getting on were told to buy a ticket but then we're sold the wrong ticket and had to pay with their oyster card. You can contactless tap on and off. You don't need a ticket

    Two completely clueless people working on the dock. Made us run back for tickets then turned out we could buy the tickets form the machine next to them. Boat arrived and they didn’t know what was going on, randomly shouting and directing people. Doesn’t inspire confidence and very worrying

    Loved the return trip we made on our way from Westminster to Greenwich. Highly recommend. Then I did the unthinkable left my phone! - thank you to the lovely staff of Westminster Uber Bob and a lovely girl who works there. They had it to one side waiting for me to return for it- true stars with big 💕 hearts thank you from a jet lagged kiwi x

    Unfortunately they don't have an exact departure or arrival time for the boats, so you have to queue for a long time and hope you can fit on the boat that arrives at your stop, otherwise you continue to queue until the next one comes. I bought my ticket at Westminster Pier and I think I got the WORST worker of all, me and 8 other people were queuing for information but she kept talking on her phone, when I asked her if I could buy my ticket she said "can't you see I'm busy? Go to the ticket machine and buy it there" I decided not to say anything else and move away from the line but the next ones were two young boys of 12/13 years old approx, when they asked her if they could buy the tickets there she took out a sign that said that the next boat was coming in two hours and said "you didn't read the sign or what?” Everybody else stop queuing, the waiting time is two hours, bye bye" Definitely a very despot attitude from the worker who I only remember has Hindu features, but definitely working in customer service is not her thing…
