Don’t waste your time and money on this joke of a company. My group and I just wasted over an hour waiting to get on the boat. We constantly had to ask the workers what’s going on and they kept giving us generic answers. It looked like the workers on the pier would never know about passengers on the boat until they arrived. Everyone around us was getting livid and we said enough was enough and just left. We recommend any other Thames boat ride because they look like they knew exactly what they were doing. Trust us, we were there for over an hour watching other boats load and unload passengers with ease while we were just standing there frustrated.
